PRODUCTION

Cold Forming:
Tocsan AŞ processes the raw materials obtained from the steel producers with
the raw material analysis report in multi-station cold forming machines.
Produced products are threaded in bolt thread and nut thread machines.
In addition to the production carried out in accordance with ISO, DIN norms,
special products are also produced in line with customer requests.
Quality control is ensured by making necessary inspections and interim checks at
every stage of production.

CNC Machining:
In the 3-axis, 5-axis and 7-axis CNC Lathe machines, raw materials obtained from
the steel producers with raw material analysis report are processed.
In our CNC Machining Plant, special products are produced in accordance with
customer demands.
Quality control is ensured by making necessary inspections and interim checks at
every stage of production.

Coating:
Produced products are coated in our electrolytic zinc coating facility for the
protection of steel against corrosion.
In the pretreatment process, the product is cleaned with alkaline and acidic
cleaning.
Zinc coating is done by acidic zinc coating method.
After coating, blue cr + 3 passivation is applied in accordance with RoHs
directives

Tooling House:
Adopting an integrated production approach, Tocsan AŞ makes dies for the
products it produces in its tooling house facility. With its large machine park and
qualified employees; maintenance, repair and improvement of the dies and
consumable materials used in production are made in the molding facility.
The dies and the consumable materials are monitored with the Die
Management Module. With Die Management, die life is continuously monitored,
breakdown and periodic maintenance are recorded. Necessary improvements
are made to the dies in line with the reports received .
